We are a small team in Pune doing client work across engineering, marketing and automation. You will own outcomes early, work directly with clients, and learn the whole system rather than one slice of it.

Build marketing sites and web applications for client engagements across real estate, healthcare, retail and B2B services, working directly with design and marketing.
Plan and run paid acquisition across Google and Meta for client accounts, owning tracking quality, landing page briefs and cost per qualified lead.
Design and build the follow-up layer for client businesses — CRM pipelines, journeys, WhatsApp and email automation, and AI-assisted document workflows.
Run organic social as a brand and demand channel for client accounts — content systems, community management and creator collaboration, measured on enquiries rather than follower count.
Own keyword research, content architecture and briefs for client programmes, and write commercial content that ranks and reads well.
